Housing Application errors
There seem to be a bunch of errors that appear to be session expirations. When this happens, the application loses data and throws an error.
I finally got a call from someone who experienced this. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to replicate the problem. I added some tracking code and it seems that people who are encountering the error are eventually getting a successful submission.
I’ll be keeping an eye on things, but without any solid leads, this may take a while to resolve.
I am trying to apply online for uhm student housing but on the secound page of the application you can not see over half of the words or boxes you need to fill. There for i can’t apply for the houseing due to not being able to complete this page. can you please fix it.
I have been trying to complete my housing application to pay the fee so it can be processed, but an error shows every time. It is not letting me sign in so can complete it. How do I pay this fee?

I’ve completed the housing application, and pressed the submit button to continue on to pay the fee. However I noticed a few errors I had made on my application and wish to edit them before sending in the application. Is there any way I can go back and fix this? The only option it shows is to “make your application fee payment.” Is there anyway i can go back and edit my application?
The on-line application is separate from our Housing software and we transfer data from the on-line app to the housing software after the apps are paid for and reviewed. To keep things clean we decided not to allow on-line changes to the application. Any changes on your application (hall choices, address, roommate preference, etc.) should be done by contacting the housing office. The changes will be input once the on-line application data is transferred over.
I tried to initiate the online application but after submitting my uh number and name I get a blank page. Is the online application down during a specific time?
I want to apply for housing and have a car. What are my options? Is parking available for residence in student housing?
